Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Drighlington is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy operating in Drighlington, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription services in accordance with UK pharmacy law and GPhC standards.

All prescriptions are issued by a qualified, registered prescriber following a clinical review of your submitted health information. A prescription will only be issued where it is deemed clinically appropriate and safe for you.
You must provide honest and complete information during your consultation. Providing false or misleading information to obtain a prescription is unlawful and may result in termination of your account and referral to relevant authorities.
Prescriptions are valid for the period stated on the medication and cannot be transferred to third parties. We do not issue prescriptions on demand; all decisions are made at the clinical discretion of our prescriber.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other approved payment methods listed at checkout. All prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales are subject to courier performance and cannot be guaranteed in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
Medication will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate and secure. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.
Medications requiring special storage conditions must be managed appropriately upon receipt.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, as per Regulation 27(2) of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed.
